Responsibilities:
- Responsible for advising clients the correct Regulatory Standard(s) for Product Compliance.
- Regularly leads in the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions to the clients.
- Provides advanced technical consulting and advice to clients on proposal efforts, Compliance solutions and modification of solutions.
- Coordinates Compliance projects and programs for Worldwide Type Approvals. Collects and determines solutions from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
- Responds to requests for technical information from customers.
- Proactively encourages and coach Team members plus professional community in area of expertise.
- Produces internally/external published material such as knowledge briefs if required.
- Creates and supports sales activities. Manages bids, or major input into the sales lifecycle.
- Manages activities and provides qualitative and quantitative information for successful sales.
- Produces proposals to clients for engagements within area of expertise.
- Provide project risk management and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Conduct contract compliance review.
- Manage client relationships and responsible to identify and develop opportunities to enhance relationships with existing clients/contacts and for new business.
Requirements:
- Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge in Bluetooth, WiFi,GSM/WCDMA and other technologies.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (for communication with Chinese-speaking associates). Able to independently complete Compliance solution implementation and design proposal deliverable.
- Able to communicate effectively with management and clients confidently and demonstrate professionalism.
- Demonstrates broad knowledge in other technical areas in order to properly manage complex integration efforts.
- Demonstrates application of technical expertise in successful engagements involving multiple disciplines.
- Be results driven.
- Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition, and enthusiasm.
- Capable of defending positions with rationale arguments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing work loads.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in project management is essential.
Preference would be given to those who posses APAC experience or Radio/EMC testing experience.
